Negative thoughts
So I normally don’t do this but I really don’t anyone to talk to.. So yes I am still fighting to get healthy and tone up and yesterday was a really bad day…we (my husband and I) had went to a car show that a family member’s club he is involved with we’re showing off their cars at.. So here I am surrounded by of course smaller more daintier girls and what happens my husband is checking them out!! Right in front of me. So me being a lady and not wanting to catch a case I didn’t say anything about it,just threw a smile on my face like always and enjoyed the company and discussion about what car I should buy…so when I laid down last night all the Demons popped in my head telling me that he wouldn’t look at those girls like that if I was skinner or he would love me more if I was slimmer…it affected me so bad that when I did eat today the negativity came right back into my head. I’m lost I have no clue what to do about this…
